What happens after you contact us
- A written quote within 1 business day. Send model numbers and quantities, or the room size and viewing distance if you want help picking. Requests that come in Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm ET usually get an answer the same or next business day.
- Paperwork if you need it. We accept purchase orders from qualified business buyers and tax-exempt certificates for resale, non-profit, government and education buyers. A W-9 is available on request, and so is a certificate of insurance.
- Payment and shipping. Orders ship within 5–7 business days of payment, by ground or freight, free to the contiguous US (the lower 48 and DC). Freight transit usually adds 2–7 business days, and you get tracking by email when it leaves.
- If something arrives damaged, email photos of the screen and the carton to hello@displaydetails.com within 48 hours. Damage on arrival gets a replacement unit, not a return.
Returns follow the store's return and refund policy: unused, in the original box, within 30 days of delivery, with an RMA number we issue, usually within 1 business day. Shipping details are in the shipping policy.
We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Special delivery needs (a liftgate, a dock appointment, a site contact) are easier to sort out before the order than after, so call (201) 834-6412 first.
